What you will do

  • Own paid acquisition strategy and performance targets across channels to drive scalable user growth
  • Manage CAC, LTV, and unit economics for efficient, profitable growth
  • Lead channel execution and optimization across paid media, testing and scaling opportunities
  • Build high-velocity creative testing engine with Social and Brand teams
  • Optimize conversion funnel including landing pages and onboarding via experimentation with Product
  • Partner with Operations and Analytics on attribution, measurement, forecasting, and budget allocation
  • Manage external performance media agencies for strong execution

Requirements

  • 10+ years in performance marketing, growth, or paid acquisition in consumer tech, fintech, or high-growth B2C
  • Proven track record scaling paid programs while improving efficiency and unit economics
  • Deep expertise in paid social, search, and emerging platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with CAC, LTV, attribution, and forecasting models
  • Experience building creative testing frameworks and collaborating with Brand/Creative
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Analytics, and Marketing
