What you will do

• Cultivate authentic relationships with the most engaged players to foster long-term loyalty and brand advocacy.
• Execute the day-to-day strategy of the industry-leading VIP engagement program.
• Drive new business revenue through proactive player development and trusted relationship management.
• Manage all aspects of the player relationship via local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
• Provide players with updated game offerings, promotions, and platforms based on thorough market understanding.
• Compile and analyze player feedback to support platform improvements and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a customer-facing role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Analytical mindset to make quick and confident decisions based on data and trends.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
