What you will do

• Provide service and support for instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair with minimal assistance.
• Perform instrument installations, preventative maintenance, and retrofit installations.
• Resolve hardware and software problems through troubleshooting.
• Maintain communications with customers, applications, and sales teams.
• Manage company assets including parts inventory, tools, vehicles, and computing devices.
• Ensure safe work practices in line with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements

• AA Degree in Laboratory Technician, Electronics, Engineering Technician or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years as Biomedical Equipment, Electronics or Field Service Technician.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting with minimal support.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, medical terminology, immunology, and immunoassay technology.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
