What you will do

• Lead structural design engineering and analysis for substation scopes and energy infrastructure.
• Perform complex structural calculations and prepare detailed sketches and drawings.
• Develop recommendations for equipment and materials while managing budgets and project schedules.
• Supervise structural engineers and technicians across US and overseas offices.
• Manage construction phase engineering, including site visits and responding to RFIs.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure quality control and standard compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Active PE License.
• Proficiency in 3D analysis software such as RISA 3D, STAAD Pro, or equivalent.
• Experience in foundation design using tools like LPile or RISA Foundation.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model near a US office.

Nice to have

• Experience with utility-scale electrical substations, energy, or renewables.
• Expertise in the structural design of electrical substation steel structures and foundations.
