What you will do

• Manage key corporate accounting areas including Goodwill, CECL Reserves, Share-based Compensation, and Statement of Cash Flows.
• Execute the monthly close process and consolidate financial results in accordance with US GAAP.
• Prepare various sections of Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, and other SEC filings, including XBRL tagging and tie-outs.
• Conduct accounting research and prepare memoranda for recurring and non-routine transactions.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and external auditors to drive process improvements.
• Contribute to special projects such as impairment analysis and system implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 5-6 years of total related work experience, including mandatory experience at a Big 4 public accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• CPA certification is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and aptitude for learning accounting software like SAP, BPC, or OneStream.
• Must be based in the US.
