TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly close processes via journal entries and supporting documentation.
  • Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and analyze monthly income statement and balance sheet fluctuations.
  • Prepare financial management reports and distribute financial information across multiple departments.
  • Provide support for internal and external audit activities.
  • Review and enhance analytical processes and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with business partners to provide accounting guidance for various functional areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting settings.
  • Proficiency in database tools and financial reporting packages.
  • Experience deploying automation tools and solutions for large volumes of information.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (US-based)

Nice to have

  • Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA designation.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Background in the telecommunications industry.
