What you will do

• Manage all phases of the design process, from initial wireframes and mockups to final hand-off.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of complex content projects, managing briefs, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Apply UI/UX expertise to create user-centered solutions across desktop, mobile, and email marketing channels.
• Bridge business and technical teams to translate requirements into strategic design objectives.
• Lead and execute product strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Establish and maintain a scalable design system that respects brand standards and local market nuances.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in digital project management or product development.
• Strong portfolio of impactful, design-driven direct-to-consumer products.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Protopie.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and negotiation.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or equivalent experience.
• Location: Based in New York, New York
