What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product journeys from conceptualization to launch, owning requirements and managing Jira workflows.
• Drive agile rituals, including sprint planning and standups, to ensure flawless execution.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, and Research to rapidly prototype and test new features across hardware and mobile apps.
• Design event tracking and utilize dashboards to ensure product decisions are backed by robust data.
• Act as the central hub between Legal, Content, and Marketing to maintain a unified Member experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills to balance data with judgment.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into detailed software requirements.
• Experience working iteratively with UX researchers, designers, and engineers.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York City headquarters.
