Salary Range for Canada in CAD: $137,000 - $205,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain shared components like performant data APIs, configurable featurization, reliable forecasting systems, parallel optimization engines, scalable training pipelines, and experimentation tools.
• Elevate ML platform performance, reliability, and scalability to support growing product suite and customer base.
• Deliver projects generalizing model configuration, enabling no-code deploys, improving integration testing, designing scalability improvements, and implementing new feature pipelines or real-time inference.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and applied scientists to enable faster innovation and impact.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or relevant technical field.
• 4+ years professional software development experience shipping high-quality applications and services.
• Experience collaborating with machine learning engineers, data scientists, or applied scientists on large-scale ML projects.
• Technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers.
• Deep expertise in library design, API design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong familiarity with Python.
