Location: Tysons, Virginia. Must work from the office 4 days a week

What you will do

• Develop and automate BI reports and dashboards to meet the analytical needs of stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and deliver business metrics for a growing suite of services.
• Analyze business data and interpret results to provide ongoing strategic reporting.
• Convert data science models into reports for business analysis and consumption.
• Train internal and external stakeholders on the use of reporting tools and data analysis.
• Set data management standards to eliminate gaps between current and future reporting goals.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Statistics, or a relevant technical field.
• 3+ years of experience using SQL for data analysis.
• 2+ years of experience developing MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and working with its architecture.
• No sponsorship of new applicants for employment authorization or immigration-related support is available.
• Ability to translate technical content for a general audience and work cross-functionally.
• Strong problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills.
