Salary: Base $145,000-160,000, OTE $175,000-190,000 DOE

What you will do
- Define and execute global Revenue Operations strategy aligned to growth targets
- Own and manage HubSpot tech stack as single source of truth for revenue data
- Build advanced dashboards and forecasting models including ARR and CAC
- Analyze revenue lifecycle to identify inefficiencies and create scalable playbook
- Introduce automation to boost productivity, conversion, cycle time, and accuracy
- Partner with Finance on bookings forecasts and RevOps roadmap
- Advise executives on revenue performance, risks, opportunities; support sales on territory planning and quotas
Requirements
- 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
- Experience in high-growth marketplace or tech-enabled services
- Proven success scaling revenue operations across multiple regions
- Deep expertise in HubSpot workflows, automations, and org-wide adoption
- Advanced spreadsheet modeling and SQL basics for data validation
- Comfortable influencing executive leadership (CRO, CFO, CEO)
