Salary: $74,500 - $94,000 CAD (British Columbia, Canada)

What you will do

• Partner with leads from Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Success, and FP&A to identify high-value process bottlenecks.
• Research, shortlist, and demo external GenAI and ML products to automate or accelerate workflows.
• Design and run experiments like PoCs, A/B tests, and pilot roll-outs to measure productivity impact and adoption.
• Develop ROI models and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support implementation including configuration, prompt engineering, and user training.
• Track KPIs and OKRs post-deployment, iterating to achieve 20% productivity targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable technical field, with interest in Business Analytics, Data Science, or AI.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on fluency with GenAI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok) from projects.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies, ML concepts, and business applications.
• Analytical skills to design experiments, interpret metrics, and communicate findings.
• Curiosity, action bias, and ownership in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS integrations (Zapier, APIs) or low-code platforms.
