What you will do

• Create and support long-term technology strategic plans and oversee organizational budget and planning.
• Manage high-performing engineering teams and develop leaders to build senior leadership bench strength.
• Oversee the product vision and lifecycle management of key products and systems.
• Lead internal and external technology resources, including Managed Services and Staff Augmentation models.
• Perform architectural reviews to ensure enterprise standards and processes are followed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex project issues and provide design input across products.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Software Development, Senior Leadership, and Operational Management.
• 7+ years of dedicated technology leadership experience.
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in architectural principles and managing large complex systems.
• Proven experience with alternative sourcing models and offshore partnership development.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania, USA
