Salary: $151,400 – $236,600

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise systems roadmap and partner with business owners to identify and close capability gaps.
• Manage all phases of solutions development and implementation for ERP, MES, MRP, and PLM platforms.
• Build and mentor a high-performing enterprise systems team through strategic recruiting and growth planning.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering for customer-business integrations.
• Establish governance frameworks for system configurations, change management, and validation standards.
• Evaluate platform capabilities, including cloud migration paths and AI-enabled ERP functionalities.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the USA (verified via E-Verify).
• Deep technical understanding of JDE and other ERP platforms.
• Proven experience in strategic leadership of enterprise application ecosystems.
• Ability to translate high-level business strategy into technical systems investments.
• Experience in managing and developing technical teams.
