Salary: $175,000 - $210,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead and manage multi-disciplined teams (Product Owners, Software Engineers, DBAs, QA) to deliver systems on schedule, cost, quality, and productivity.
• Drive concurrent product workstreams with detailed project plans, schedules, functional flows, specifications, SOPs, and QA plans.
• Monitor and report project status and milestones regularly, implementing remedial actions as needed.
• Delegate tasks, mentor, motivate teams, and foster continuous improvement culture.
• Manage technology assets, budgets, system design, and provide training.
• Monitor technology trends for new opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's with 15+ years experience (or commensurate)
• Ability to obtain and maintain Suitability/Public Trust clearance
• Broad enterprise solution delivery experience and technical knowledge
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile product delivery
• Experience driving concurrent product development workstreams
• Private sector experience at large-scale companies (e.g., AMD, Samsung)
• Familiarity with tools like MS Project, MS Teams, Office 365, Slack, Jira
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, AWS, Azure
• Interest in emergent technologies and AI
