TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Building hirify.global's outbound pipeline from the ground up by identifying and qualifying leads for an AI-powered IT platform with an accent on high-volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Focus on executing multi-channel cold outreach, refining the ICP, and securing meetings for Account Executives.

Location: Hybrid Tel Aviv (3x/week office); US hours flexibility (Monday–Friday)

hirify.global is an AI-powered IT platform providing all-in-one Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Helpdesk, Ticketing, and Reporting solutions for IT professionals worldwide.

What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound research, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to key accounts.
  • Identify decision-makers, assess buying readiness, and book meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce for accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and target account lists.
  • Develop and contribute to the creation of outbound playbooks and sales processes.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and conferences to generate new leads.

Requirements

  • Native English proficiency with exceptional spoken and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a BDR or in sales, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Strong track record in high-volume outbound lead generation and cold calling.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Based in Tel Aviv for hybrid work (3 days/week in office).
  • Flexibility to work US hours (Monday–Friday).
