What you will do

• Plan and manage all logistical aspects of speaker bureau activities and pharmaceutical events.
• Execute live and webcast events, steering committees, advisory boards, meetings, and consultancies.
• Coordinate extensively with Health Care Professionals, vendors, and clients.
• Resolve routine questions or problems using judgement; refer complex issues to higher levels.
• Travel regularly for on-site meeting execution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years meeting planning experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to travel regularly for on-site meeting execution
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with team members at all levels and demonstrate sound judgement
