Location: Remote from home office in the US (must be authorized to work in the U.S.)

Salary: $40.00–$55.00 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare, review, and execute clinical trial agreements (CTAs), vendor agreements, SOWs, change orders, and amendments throughout contract lifecycle.
• Update site and vendor budgets to align with scope of work, protocol amendments, variance reconciliation, and visit schedule changes.
• Coordinate contract and budget reviews with Clinical Operations, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Handle site and vendor inquiries on budgets and contracts, escalating issues as needed.
• Review invoices for accuracy and compliance, resolve discrepancies, and track approvals.
• Create MS Office tools for budget comparisons, payment tracking, and financial reporting; generate status reports for leadership.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining complete and accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific, finance, or business discipline with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience (sponsor-side or CRO preferred)
• Demonstrated experience with protocol amendment-related budget updates
• Experience with invoice review and reconciliation for clinical trial sites and/or vendors
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, comparisons, trackers, and data analysis
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and organizational skills
