What you will do

• Lead solution design and operational excellence for public sector clients, integrating custody, staking, trading, and security infrastructure.
• Serve as strategic advisor, bridging government needs with internal teams like Legal, Product, and Engineering.
• Drive client delivery, RFP/RFI submissions, compliance frameworks, and secure integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to align delivery.
• Build trust with senior government officials and represent the company in high-profile forums.
• Partner with Head of Government Solutions to evolve GTM strategy based on implementation insights.

Requirements

• 10-15 years experience, including 3+ years in crypto/digital assets and institutional-grade custody.
• Direct experience managing systems for U.S. federal/state agencies involving digital assets/crypto.
• Success in managing/drafting complex RFP/RFI submissions for government.
• Experience with institutional-grade reporting, compliance, and secure integrations in regulated environments.
• Intermediate knowledge of crypto custody infrastructure and secure key management.
• Program management with U.S. federal agency on digital asset programs; track record in government/law enforcement/regulatory implementations.
• Willingness to travel for onsite support to high-priority clients.
