What you will do

• Lead the Payments team and define the strategic vision and business value.
• Collaborate with engineering on the roadmap and service-oriented architecture through design, build, and migration phases.
• Partner with operational teams, including customer experience and finance, to achieve organizational goals.
• Work directly with payment providers on integrations, roadmap development, and operational improvements.
• Develop prioritization frameworks to help distributed teams make decisions and execute efficiently.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a product manager with a specific focus on payments.
• Deep expertise in payment infrastructure, including vaulting, ledger systems, routing, and tokenization.
• Strong understanding of card payment flows and experience managing partner relationships and negotiations.
• Experience with enterprise/B2B ecommerce on a global scale.
• Technical proficiency to write API specifications and collaborate effectively with engineering.
• Must be based in the USA.
