• Use data and management systems to monitor and improve shift performance.
• Coordinate across shifts and functions to maintain workflow continuity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience in shift-based operations.
• 1–3 years of people leadership experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift (2-2-3 schedule).

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Hands-on experience with continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, DMAIC).
