What you will do

• Support defining and executing marketing strategy and annual plan
• Contribute to communication strategies, market analysis, and go-to-market materials
• Act as interface with global stakeholders for alignment and events
• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of marketing initiatives, focusing on proprietary events
• Own full event lifecycle: concept, content, logistics, vendor coordination, and execution for C-level formats and large-scale events (500+ attendees)
• Partner with client teams on new business initiatives and strategic materials

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• 8+ years in Marketing & Communications, with strong expertise in event strategy and execution
• Strong project management skills balancing strategy and operations
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leadership and international teams
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in fast-paced environments
• Strong business mindset supporting commercial and new business activities
• Proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented, collaborative approach
• Digital savvy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Nice to have

• Proven experience in Corporate Communications departments or PR agency
