What you will do
- Lead, coach and engage the EU E-Commerce Customer Marketing team, driving performance and collaboration.
- Own cross-retailer activation strategies across EU eRetail, aligning Customer Marketing, Retail Media, Social Commerce and Sales.
- Drive differentiated customer strategies, lead negotiations and long-term activation planning (e.g., Pan-EU e-JBPs).
- Act as primary escalation point for strategic, commercial and operational topics with key eRetail partners.
- Champion innovation in activation formats and lead EU rollout strategies with defined roadmaps and metrics.
- Oversee campaign performance, ROI and investment effectiveness, providing optimization insights.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Brand or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience leading cross-retailer eCommerce strategies and negotiations at European level.
- Strong people leadership and coaching, including interim team management.
- Solid track record in budget ownership, investment governance and ROI optimization.
- Ability to operate in matrix international organization, influencing senior stakeholders.
- Confidence navigating multiple eRetail platforms and market dynamics across Europe.
