What you will do
- Define market entry strategies for Switzerland, France, Italy, and the UK, adapting the German playbook to local dynamics.
- Curate high-impact product portfolios (A-assortment) balancing hero SKUs with local retailer needs.
- Set pricing, promotion depth, and trade investment guardrails to protect brand equity.
- Develop scalable, channel-specific in-store activation playbooks and toolkits for sales teams.
- Enable sales teams by creating actionable sell-in decks and assortment rationales.
- Track and drive performance using KPIs such as distribution, sell-through, and promo ROI.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in key account management, category management, and trade marketing, ideally within FMCG or sports nutrition.
- Strong KAM expertise, including JBP negotiations and end-to-end trade term management.
- Mastery of category management tools such as range reviews, planograms, and shopper insights.
- Proven experience working across multiple European markets.
- Fluent in English; German or another European language is a strong plus.
- Must be based in the Netherlands, UK, or Germany.
