TL;DR
Lead of Customer Lifecycle & CRM (Travel): Design and scale lifecycle marketing strategies to drive retention, engagement, and lifetime value with an accent on CRM automation, segmentation, and personalization. Focus on translating customer insights into data-driven programs, optimizing journeys for repeat purchases, and collaborating cross-functionally to align growth initiatives.
Location: Flexible hybrid model from Utrecht HQ and homes across the Netherlands; expected in office every Tuesday and Thursday.
Salary: €7000–8000 monthly gross (full-time, excluding 8% allowance), based on experience.

What you will do
- Design, own, and scale lifecycle marketing strategies for retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
- Lead CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement platforms to activate strategies.
- Develop repeat purchase, loyalty, and personalization frameworks grounded in customer behavior.
- Use data, analytics, and experimentation to optimize performance and prioritize initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, data, and technology teams to bridge strategy and execution.
- Launch and iterate on lifecycle initiatives while building scalable frameworks.
Requirements
- 6–10 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or customer engagement.
- 3–5 years of people management experience leading high-performing teams.
- Experience designing lifecycle journeys improving retention, engagement, and repeat purchase.
- Practical expertise with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, segmentation, and personalization.
- Data-driven mindset with cross-functional collaboration in dynamic environments.
- Resume in English (business language).
