What you will do

• Monitor category performance by tracking metrics like RGMV, ALV, and sell-through to identify growth trends.
• Own and maintain the Supercluster marketing calendar to align campaigns with commercial priorities.
• Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Category Marketing Lead.
• Support merchandising decisions using data and customer insights to align supply with campaign focus.
• Lead day-to-day marketing projects to improve overall marketing performance.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with dashboards and turning performance data into actionable steps.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to keep various stakeholders aligned.
• Proactive and hands-on approach to taking ownership and finding practical solutions.
• English: Proficiency required (CV and Cover Letter must be in English)
