Quality Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Oversee and support testing of compounds, wire, and cable assemblies.
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System per ISO 9001.
• Perform process audits, complaint analysis, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement projects, safety initiatives, and 6S events.
• Train associates on inspection equipment, data entry, and required testing.
• Interact with customers and suppliers for audits, certifications, and material concerns.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Lincoln, RI.
• Experience with wire and cable testing, including electrical and mechanical testing.
• Minimum of an AS degree (BS degree preferred).
• Strong computer skills and analytical ability.
• Ability to drive projects independently or within a team setting.

Nice to have

• Minimum of 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with quality systems auditing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Specific experience with wire and cable production.
