Location: Must be based anywhere in the US
Salary: $211,800 - $329,670 plus corporate bonus

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end DDI convergence strategy and multi-year roadmap, merging NIOS and Universal DDI.
- Define migration and coexistence plans for the installed base to ensure continuity of quality.
- Develop pricing, packaging, and licensing models across on-premises subscription and SaaS frameworks.
- Lead cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Architecture, Product Marketing, and field teams.
- Drive the go-to-market and enablement strategy for the platform evolution.
- Contribute to portfolio-level strategy and executive decision-making as a senior product voice.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology product roles with a track record in senior leadership.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-year platform consolidation or transformation programs.
- Expertise in managing on-premises, hybrid, and SaaS deployment models.
- Strong understanding of enterprise licensing (perpetual, subscription, and consumption models).
- Deep experience with cloud-native architectures and public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with DDI, DNS, DHCP, or IPAM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory, Akamai, Cloudflare).
- MBA or technical graduate degree.
