Salary: $211,800 - $329,670 plus corporate bonus

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end DDI convergence strategy and multi-year roadmap, merging NIOS and Universal DDI.
• Define migration and coexistence plans for the installed base to ensure continuity of quality.
• Develop pricing, packaging, and licensing models across on-premises subscription and SaaS frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Architecture, Product Marketing, and field teams.
• Drive the go-to-market and enablement strategy for the platform evolution.
• Contribute to portfolio-level strategy and executive decision-making as a senior product voice.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology product roles with a track record in senior leadership.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-year platform consolidation or transformation programs.
• Expertise in managing on-premises, hybrid, and SaaS deployment models.
• Strong understanding of enterprise licensing (perpetual, subscription, and consumption models).
• Deep experience with cloud-native architectures and public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DDI, DNS, DHCP, or IPAM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory, Akamai, Cloudflare).
• MBA or technical graduate degree.
