TL;DR

Product Manager (Cybersecurity): Shaping the evolution of how hirify.global packages and delivers its product portfolio with an accent on platform strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on managing a team of PMs and designers, executing platform migration plans, and operationalizing platform capabilities for the field.

Location: Remote (Must be legally authorized to work in the United States)

hirify.global is the enterprise application security leader providing a cloud-native AppSec platform that helps enterprises build DevSecTrust through autonomous security agents.

What you will do

  • Lead platform product strategy and roadmap execution across multiple product lines.
  • Manage and develop a team of 3–4 Product Managers and 1–2 Designers.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and PMM to operationalize platform capabilities and feature guidance.
  • Design and execute platform migration plans to transition legacy customers to modern plans.
  • Develop product collateral, enablement, and field training materials.
  • Track performance of platform initiatives and optimize strategies based on real-world usage data.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, preferably with platform or infrastructure products.
  • Experience contributing to platform strategy at companies scaling toward $500M–$1B+ in ARR.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Engineering, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
  • Experience managing platform change, such as migrations or replatforming.
  • Ability to mentor and grow other Product Management roles.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
