Senior Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing the roadmap and execution of managed security services, including penetration testing and vulnerability scanning, with an accent on service improvement and scalability. Focus on translating strategy into actionable specifications for engineering and SOC teams to drive adoption and revenue.

Location: Hybrid (Dundee or Edinburgh, UK). Must be based in the UK and able to work from the office 2-3 days a week.

What you will do

• Own the product lifecycle and roadmap for Security Awareness Training, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Scanning, and Patching services.
• Partner with MSPs and internal stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities to improve service quality and scalability.
• Define and evaluate new managed security services to expand value and drive revenue growth.
• Translate service concepts and requirements into clear, actionable specifications for Engineering and Service Delivery teams.
• Collaborate with SOC and Engineering to design scalable workflows, SLAs, and operational processes.
• Define and track success metrics including adoption, customer satisfaction, and service performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning prioritization and execution for complex security services within an established strategy.
• Demonstrated contribution to MSS strategy and roadmap planning, including new security offerings.
• Experience leading large-scale, operationally delivered security services.
• Ability to balance customer experience, operational feasibility, and growth objectives.
• Track record of driving innovation through continuous service improvement.
• Strong cross-functional execution skills, leading through influence without direct management authority.
