Salary: $272,000 - $320,000

What you will do

• Lead and manage product and technical marketing teams, establishing vision, priorities, and execution standards.
• Establish and refine GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging to drive new logo acquisition and customer expansion.
• Build a world-class PMM process that connects customer value with product capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing groups to ensure consistent product positioning across all channels.
• Deliver sales enablement materials, including reference architectures, demos, and best practice guides.
• Optimize performance against key metrics such as market share, revenue, attach rates, and competitive win rates.

Requirements

• 15–20+ years of career experience in B2B enterprise product marketing.
• 7–10 years of experience within an enterprise security company managing product marketing strategy.
• Demonstrated success leading product marketing teams across multiple product lines and regions.
• Experience in networking, cybersecurity, or mobile service provider markets.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• Must be based in Santa Clara, CA to support a hybrid onsite work model.
