Salary: $120,000/year - $210,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits (Colorado: $150,000 - $190,000)

What you will do

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for key platform areas, translating goals and insights into prioritized plans.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Synthesize feedback and data to validate hypotheses and inform decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize for adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Align engineering, design, data, onboarding, and support on requirements and metrics.
• Mentor juniors, influence stakeholders, and drive go-to-market enablement.

Requirements

• 4-year degree and 5+ years product management experience in SaaS/tech, owning complex initiatives with business impact
• Proven strategy execution, multi-quarter roadmaps, discovery, and engineering/design partnership.
• Strategic vision, data-driven decisions with KPIs, analytics, and experimentation.
• Execution skills: PRDs, sprint planning, launches, QA processes.
• Strong communication, influence, customer obsession, and organizational leadership.
• Tech-savvy with architecture, APIs, integrations, and system design.
