What you will do

• Define pricing models for new products and features that align with how developers use the platform.
• Optimize the product portfolio by rethinking SKUs and bundles for observability, AI agents, and core DX.
• Lead organization-wide monetization initiatives, including the unification of the credit model.
• Own the creation of customer-facing assets such as transparent pricing guides and dynamic ROI calculators.

Requirements

• Technical depth and understanding of how pricing intersects with product architecture and developer workflows.
• Proven experience in designing successful pricing strategies with demonstrable results.
• An outcome-focused mentality with the ability to iterate and validate assumptions quickly.
• Strong quantitative background; a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar field is strongly preferred.
