Location: Hybrid from US offices including Overland Park KS, Atlanta GA, Austin TX, Charlotte NC, Tampa FL, Ann Arbor MI, Houston TX, Tualatin OR, Orlando FL, Dallas TX, Cary NC, Phoenix AZ, South Jordan UT, Jacksonville FL. Relocation not eligible. Visa sponsorship not available.

What you will do
- Support development of integrated solutions offerings in collaboration with solution leaders and market teams.
- Research market insights and translate them into actionable strategies for solution development and positioning.
- Drive pursuit strategies, solution value propositions, and client engagements with account managers.
- Facilitate sharing of market intelligence and participate in prototyping new offerings.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders across consulting, engineering, and sales teams.
- Represent market voice in internal forums and support external client and partner engagements.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- 7+ years in business/consulting environment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
- Travel up to 50-100%.
- Complete pre-employment checks including background, drug screen, and motor vehicle records.
Nice to have
- 8+ years in electric power or natural gas utility industry, preferably in consulting, strategy, or business development.
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Certifications related to expertise.
- Experience in go-to-market strategy or solution development in technical services.
