What you will do

• Support development of integrated solutions offerings in collaboration with solution leaders and market teams.
• Research market insights and translate them into actionable strategies for solution development and positioning.
• Drive pursuit strategies, solution value propositions, and client engagements with account managers.
• Facilitate sharing of market intelligence and participate in prototyping new offerings.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders across consulting, engineering, and sales teams.
• Represent market voice in internal forums and support external client and partner engagements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• 7+ years in business/consulting environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Travel up to 50-100%.
• Complete pre-employment checks including background, drug screen, and motor vehicle records.

Nice to have

• 8+ years in electric power or natural gas utility industry, preferably in consulting, strategy, or business development.
• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Certifications related to expertise.
• Experience in go-to-market strategy or solution development in technical services.
