What you will do

• Execute project work focusing on market deep-dives and diagnostics to provide actionable recommendations.
• Support the annual strategic planning process.
• Analyze the competitive landscape to drive growth and innovation across the portfolio.
• Provide strategic support and diagnostics for the Executive Board (CEO and CFO) and the Supervisory Board.
• Collaborate with various divisions and business units to run projects independently and establish credibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
• 2+ years of experience in a top strategy consulting firm with a focus on Strategy & Corporate Finance, Growth Strategy, or Commercial Due Diligence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills for researching, interpreting, and analyzing complex data.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York City, NY.
