What you will do

• Explain and attribute liquidity drivers across divisions and funding channels to support funding and liquidity management decisions
• Analyze drivers of key internal and external liquidity metrics to inform business planning and optimal liquidity deployment
• Empower stakeholders to manage and account for their impact on firm liquidity
• Partner with Engineering to build automation and workflows for efficiency with large datasets
• Create presentations on funding and balance sheet for Board of Directors, senior management, and regulators

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter comfortable in fast-paced environment balancing multiple priorities
• Excellent analytical skills to perform detail-oriented analyses and communicate conclusions to senior management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
• Functional understanding of financial institution liquidity, capital, and balance sheet metrics strongly preferred
