What you will do

• Support leading investments alongside housebuilders in private sale, BTR, co-living, student, and retirement living.
• Research prospects, model opportunities, and assist in transaction structuring, KYC, and diligence.
• Oversee build-out and exits with development teams and advisors, holding to budgets and accountability.
• Analyse progress reports, liaise with advisors, and ensure reporting integrity.
• Collate monthly MI, visit sites to monitor performance, forecast income, and support partners in delivering returns.
• Assist Investment Directors in originating, transacting, and monitoring investments, identifying value-add opportunities.

Requirements

• Effective oral and written communication
• Experience in internal and external stakeholder management
• Strong numerical literacy and financial analysis, including Excel; cash flow modelling preferred
• Ability to maintain relationships with clients and advisors
• Comfortable with ownership, judgement, and entry-level risk management
• Relevant sector experience in residential property development or finance preferred
