What you will do
- Build expertise in software and conduct in-depth Technical Account Reviews to highlight usage opportunities and identify obstacles.
- Own identification and resolution of customer obstacles, engaging Product, Tech, and Ops teams for closure.
- Ensure customers have plans to use relevant features and integrations in the IT Complete platform.
- Position and sell professional services and training to maintain engagement and optimal product usage.
- Create opportunities for additional modules and share new features, best practices, and knowledge transfer.
- Stay current with modern technologies through training and hands-on learning.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in customer-facing technical account role
- Experience in technical account reviews for SaaS/Tech solutions
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify and leverage opportunities
- Knowledge of network and desktop management solutions
- Business-Level English
- Commitment to continued professional development
Nice to have
- Knowledge of RMM systems, PSA (Helpdesk, CRM), Documentation, Backup, or Security solutions
- Technical Account Management/Customer Success experience resolving key account issues
- Managing servers and workstations (Microsoft Systems Administrator)
- Networking technology (CCNA, Network+)
- Sales experience
- College or technical degree
