What you will do

• Provide technical support for REST, WebSocket, and FIX APIs via Zendesk, Email, Telegram, and Zoom.
• Diagnose and resolve API-related technical issues for retail, VIP, and institutional clients.
• Guide clients through API implementation by providing integration advice, debugging code, and sharing examples.
• Develop and maintain official API libraries and wrappers across multiple programming languages.
• Create and update internal and client-facing API documentation and training resources.
• Test and provide feedback on new API features prior to release.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C++, Rust).
• Strong understanding of REST, WebSocket, and FIX API functionality.
• Experience working with data formats such as JSON, CSV, XML, and FIX 4.4.
• Experience with host management (e.g., AWS) and network configurations (firewalls).
• Ability to write clear and accessible technical documentation.
• Must be based in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, or Uruguay.

Nice to have

• Experience writing trading-related code for APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL, Google Sheets, and Google Script.
• Experience with API tools like Postman or N8N.
• Knowledge of UNIX command line (bash, sed, awk, grep).
• Additional language skills beyond English.
