- Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions using CRM tools like Klaviyo and Postscript.
- Analyze customer trends to provide actionable feedback for internal process improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service with a strong focus on sales or revenue generation.
- Must be located in Mexico, Jamaica, Belize, Honduras, or Brazil.
- Proven experience in eCommerce environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for converting leads and managing customer relations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and support ticketing tools.
