What you will do

  • Manage high-volume inquiries via email, chat, and tickets with professional and empathetic communication.

  • Conduct B2B outreach to organizations and schools for bulk orders and partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions using CRM tools like Klaviyo and Postscript.
  • Analyze customer trends to provide actionable feedback for internal process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service with a strong focus on sales or revenue generation.
  • Must be located in Mexico, Jamaica, Belize, Honduras, or Brazil.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for converting leads and managing customer relations.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and support ticketing tools.
