What you will do

  • Provide expert technical guidance to customers during deployment, integration, and platform operation.
  • Deliver high-impact Proof of Concepts (POCs), product demonstrations, and strategic architectural recommendations.
  • Act as the technical evangelist during sales cycles, collaborating closely with Account Executives.
  • Manage high-need clients through long-term technical engagements to ensure successful platform adoption.
  • Bridge the gap between Customer Experience and Sales teams to improve product impact and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Calgary, Canada or London, England
  • Strong expertise in graph databases, specifically Neo4j and the Cypher query language.
  • Experience with IaC principles and the Terraform workflow (init, plan, apply).
  • Proficiency in implementing data flows via REST APIs and Apache Kafka/Confluent.
  • Development experience with Python, Javascript, React, or Go.
  • Technical expertise in IAM protocols, specifically OAuth 2.0 and AuthZEN.

Nice to have

  • Experience developing AI Agents using Python.
  • Familiarity with LLM integration patterns (e.g., RAG), MCP for data connectivity, and A2A for multi-agent orchestration.
