Location: Mexico City (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day from home)

What you will do
- Troubleshoot applications, services, and infrastructure issues reported by end-users.
- Manage incidents, including stakeholder communication and coordination with development teams.
- Verify, document, and escalate bugs for accurate tracking.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering to establish support workflows and monitoring plans.
- Partner with vendors to resolve service events and conduct code reviews with developers.
- Participate in shift rotations and on-call duties to address high-severity incidents across time zones.
Requirements
- Experience providing Level 2 (L2) support in a tech-driven business environment.
- Software development experience, particularly with Python.
- Proficient problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- English proficiency is required.
- Must be based in Mexico City to comply with the hybrid office requirement.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, and Linux administration.
- Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese.
- Experience with Salesforce Administration, Agile, Continuous Integration, or Frontend Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Terraform, and Observability tools.
