What you will do

  • Handle technical support requests via web and email channels for developers and enterprise customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical obstacles related to the implementation of hirify.global's products.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to report bugs and serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Contribute to the development of internal and external knowledge bases.
  • Participate in internal projects to improve support processes and tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical customer support for SaaS enterprise software.
  • Proficiency in web development, REST APIs, and database management.
  • Working knowledge of languages such as JavaScript, Java, PHP, Swift, Ruby, or Python.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Must be based in London, England to support a hybrid work schedule.
  • Ability to work in an on-call rotation.

Nice to have

  • Basic familiarity with iOS & Android platforms.
  • Experience supporting open-source projects and GitHub communities.
  • Experience with Shopify or Magento.
