What you will do

• Lead and grow the Data Ingestion & AI engineering team responsible for the core intelligence engine.
• Manage and mentor software engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Drive innovation and experimentation to identify and validate new product opportunities.
• Bridge product and engineering by translating strategic initiatives into technical deliverables.
• Champion technical quality, scalability, and stability as the platform evolves.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in IC or management roles using object-oriented languages.
• 3+ years of experience managing software and AI engineers.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams for new product or platform initiatives.
• Strong product development background with experience managing complex technical projects from scratch.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with product and design leadership.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
