Distribution & Inventory Lead - (Weekend, Fri - Sun)

Location: Onsite in Obetz, OH (Friday - Sunday 6:30am - 6:30pm, overtime as needed including weekdays)

Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00/hour + $1.50 shift differential (based on experience)

What you will do

• Manage order picking flow and inventory room operations
• Handle outgoing shipments with multiple carriers
• Report daily ship numbers and track job history
• Train employees, perform audits, and resolve floor errors
• Partner with supervisor for team consistency and housekeeping
• Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met while adhering to policies

Requirements

• Onsite availability in Obetz, OH for weekend shift (Fri-Sun 6:30am-6:30pm) with overtime flexibility
• Strong background in outbound distribution and inventory
• Previous leadership experience
• Excellent documentation, computer skills (G-Suite), communication, time management, and multitasking

Nice to have

• Experience in optical or high-volume distribution
