What you will do
- Reserve bookings with carriers and co-loaders using BDP systems and carrier websites.
- Create and input cargo details into systems and handle export shipments until delivery at POD.
- Process documentation including HBL/MBL, SI, VGM, and send pre-alerts to overseas agents.
- Ensure accurate submission of compliance filings such as eSI, MNF, ICS2, ACI, and AFR.
- Manage allocations for NAC and FAK contracts and complete all required documentation checklists.
- Resolve issues with sales, agents, and stakeholders on documentation, billing, and costing.
- Issue client and vendor invoices, support finance on payments, and perform other assigned tasks.
