What you will do

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and components.
• Verify part numbers, manufacturers, and required quality documentation such as certificates of conformance.
• Act as the technical point of contact and troubleshooter for receiving operations.
• Manage material flow from receiving to inventory and kitting areas.
• Enter and scan material data into ERP systems including supplier and date information.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and audit inventory levels across the facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma with 4+ years of experience in supply chain/inventory management, or an associate degree in a related field.
• Practical experience in receiving and put-away operations within an inventory environment.
• Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and ERP systems.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card), refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR requirements.
• Ability to work onsite at the headquarters in Redondo Beach, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with avionics components, wire harnesses, connectors, and cables.
• Familiarity with electronic inventory systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Manufacturo, or First Resonance.
• Experience coordinating shipments with multiple distributors.
• Experience auditing multiple bills of materials before production.
