Salary: $25.91 - $35 per hour

What you will do
- Review manufacturing queues daily and coordinate with production and maintenance to manage labor and equipment constraints.
- Develop and implement tools to prioritize large quantity, expedite, and short lead time jobs.
- Analyze demand and make recommendations for flexing machines between product types.
- Identify root causes of build and reject issues to implement corrective actions and lead continuous improvement projects.
- Act as the primary liaison for Customer Service to resolve ship holds and mitigate potential late orders.
- Manage inventory accuracy, consumable supplies, and outsourcing activities such as anodizing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing planning and scheduling experience.
- APICS certification.
- Proven experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to analyze data and train others on systems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
- U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or specific legal status required for ITAR compliance.
