What you will do

• Deliver full fund accounting services including NAV preparation/review, custody, investor reporting, capital calls, and distributions.
• Manage and train team of Fund Accountants to meet service level agreements.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, brokers, custodians, and internal AML team.
• Approve fee schedules, investor allocations, waterfalls, and fund expenses.
• Review audited financials, regulatory reporting, and establish client-specific procedures.
• Participate in system initiatives, process improvements, and local office growth.

Requirements

• University degree in Banking/Finance/Mathematics/Accounting/Economics or qualified accountant.
• Minimum 12 years progressive fund administration experience with Private Equity/Private Debt clients.
• Demonstrable experience managing staff in fund administration, investment management, or auditing.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of private markets fund administration, structures, fees, and instruments.

Nice to have

• Experience with fund accounting software like Investran, Geneva, or Yardi.
