TL;DR

Delivery/ Engineering Manager (Fintech): Managing the end-to-end delivery of a greenfield banking platform with an accent on cross-squad coordination and agile process optimization. Focus on managing multiple agile teams, resolving technical blockers, and scaling the team during the ramp-up phase.

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in office in Warsaw, Kraków, Rzeszów, or Gdańsk

Salary: 1300-1600 PLN per Man-Day (B2B)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery across 3 cross-functional squads, including planning, tracking, and risk management.
• Manage cross-squad dependencies to ensure consistent progress toward project milestones.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads to resolve blockers, manage scope, and maintain delivery timelines.
• Work with the Product Owner and Business Analysts to ensure requirements are prioritized and understood.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Coordinate the onboarding and gradual ramp-up of new members as the team scales.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager managing software projects with teams of 20+ people.
• Strong expertise in agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Fluent English proficiency for professional communication with stakeholders.
• Availability to work from the office 3 days per week in Warsaw, Kraków, Tricity, or Rzeszów.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services or banking domain.
• Knowledge of Java/Spring or Flutter/React technology stacks.
• Experience with greenfield projects and team scaling.
